Descaro received a Premium Foal Award at the ISR/Oldenburg inspection (Sport Pony Division) scoring an impressive 8.2. Judges comments were:

Elegant type with pretty head, good neck set and very nice topline. Good and correct foundation. Good trot with enough rhythm and outreach. Good walk. 8.2 Premium.

Right from the start we could see that Descaro had that something special and being able to watch him grow and develop over the past couple years has been a joy.

Now turning 3 yrs in 2023 he has entered a more structured handling program which includes grooming, trailer loading, lunging, listening to voice commands, wearing a bridle, lunging with saddle pad and surcingle.     He is taking it all in his stride.   At the moment he is getting confidence from his handler and knowing a regular routine.   He is a smart and kind horse.

Descaro does NOT have a poor gait, he has fabulous rhythm and cadence which allows all his gaits to flow and you just know he is going to give you an incredible feel under saddle.    He is everything you would want in a well bred warmblood but in a smaller more manageable package for a petite rider with FEI potential and excellent ride ability.      He currently measures 15 hd and may reach 15.1 hds at full maturity.

Descaro has lifetime member memberships with USDF and USEF and is microchipped.

Our plan is to continue working him 2-3 times weekly to gain confidence and to prepare him for under saddle work which we anticipate will happen in the late spring, early summer.    At that time his pricing will be reviewed
